Veterinary & Grooming Care Handling
Does your dog hate going to the groomer or the vet? This class is designed to help your dog make good associations and learn to tolerate and possibly even enjoy handling and grooming.
This class is on a rolling admission basis. Sign up for as many courses as your dog needs to form good associations. Some dogs have had very bad experiences due to sickness or being afraid of tools like nail clippers or blow dryers and may take more desensitization work. Not sure how many to sign up for? We recommend starting with 4 classes and adding them as needed. It takes a little while to break down the bad associations and form good ones instead!
Have a puppy? Sign them up for a few classes to work specifically on helping them to enjoy touching and handling!

Class Length: rolling admission, sign up as needed
Required Vaccines: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella
Price: $30 per class
This course is not designed to address any behavioral issues such as reactivity or aggression. Please reach out to us if your pup is experiencing these issues so we can address those in an appropriate course.
