Puppy Socialization
When puppies are between day 21 (week 3) and day 84 (week 12) of life, they are in a period of life called the Critical Socialization Window. During this time, puppies are the most impressionable. You can use this time in your puppy’s life to teach them that new experiences are a good (or at least neutral) thing! The more socializing you’re able to do during this time, the more well rounded your dog will be as an adult.
During this 4 week class, you will learn how to properly socialize your puppy and how to identify dog body language. Each week will have a different socialization theme that will help prepare your dog for the real world.
Age Limit to Start: 8-16 weeks
Class Length: 4 weeks
Required Vaccines: Rabies (by 16 weeks), DHPP, Bordetella
